Go Native has received a Highly Commended Award from the Institute of Customer Service for the quality of our customer service delivery.
There were 37 entries for the Customer Service Team of the Year - Business to Business category. Our customer service was reviewed by a panel of judges who assessed detailed entries from all 37 entrants. The judges were looking at the quality of Go Native's systems and processes, the quality of Go Native's overall service delivery as well as feedback received from guests in our 6 monthly nationwide surveys.
In recognition of our achievement we have been invited to attend an award presentation at the National Customer Service Awards ceremony. The ceremony will be held at the Grosvenor House Hotel. on Tuesday 19th September.
