When to use them: Where housing is required for an individual or groups of personnel for a definite period of 6 months or more. The minimum period for which apartments are available will vary depending on the location in which they are required. Once a portfolio of apartments is established we can manage the portfolio to accommodate a continuous flow of your personnel.

What are they: A bespoke housing solution for which Go Native won the “Best Business Travel Product” award from Business Travel World in 2006. We will lease apartments to your specification in the long term rental market and provide as much or as little service to support you and/or your personnel as you may require.

What do they cost: Inclusive of weekly cleaning, linen and towel change services, they offer savings of up to 40% over the cost of a Serviced Apartment. Without cleaning services, even greater savings can be achieved.
