Graduates or Interns - internal secondments

Over 100 graduates – based in a single location – are seconded to multiple sites around the UK to gain additional exposure to their employer's regional operations, as well as to provide additional support and experience in delivering year-end projects.

Graduates are housed for between 4 and 5 months – with capped budgets for both accommodation and subsistence – in 4 bedroom properties managed by local Go Native staff. Working through nominated “house managers” the students routed all accommodation queries through Go Native – who acquired 30 secure, furnished and fully fitted properties around the UK at a “per person” cost of only £25 per night.
